上密封組合：上密封組合分為擋料閥和上密封閥兩部分。擋料閥為方箱形結構件，內有兩塊像西瓜皮樣的閥瓣作類似球閥啟閉的運動來完成擋料功能，閥瓣上方設有耐磨導流筒，外部傳動采用液壓+同步曲柄+同步齒輪完成內外瓜皮的同步反向線性運動。上密封閥是用來對料罐進行煤氣密封，以保證高爐帶壓操作（約0.25MPa）的設備，閥板通過兩個對稱的異形曲柄+連桿完成閥板翻轉提升動作，密封為軟密封，外部傳動為液壓驅動。

　　擋料閥、上密封閥均設有位置傳感器信號源。

　　Upper Sealing Combination:The upper sealing combination is divided into two parts of burden stop valve and upper sealing valve. The burden stop valve is box-type structural member with two valve flaps like watermelon cortex to carry through the movement similar to open and close of ball valve, so as to stop the materials. The wear-resisting flow-leading cylinder is set on the top of valve flap, adn the exterior drive adopts hydraulic pressure + synchronous crank + synchronous gear to complete the synchronous revese linear movement. The upper sealing valve is used to conduct gas sealing on burden tank, so as to ensure the operation with pressure (about 0.25MPa) of furnace. The valve plate achieves the movement on rotation and lifting through two symmetrical special crank + connecting rod. The sealing is soft sealing (the emergency nitrogen interface cooling is equipped), and the exterior drive is hydraulic pressure drive.

　　The singal sources of location sensor are equipped on the burden stop valve and upper sealing valve.
